In times of skilled labor shortages and diverse transformations, employee recruitment and development is becoming an increasingly central success factor for companies and businesses. In addition to recruitment, employer attractiveness, engagement with diverse target groups, leveraging workforce reserves, integrating partially abled individuals, as well as skills development, equality, and health all play an important role.
