The modern world of work presents young people with many new challenges - the multitude of possible training and career paths can be just as overwhelming as finding out your own strengths and talents.
ÖSB Consulting has supported young people for many years in various projects on their way from school or unemployment to work.
Our experienced advisors offer young people in Vienna individual advice and support on all aspects of professional orientation, vocational training, further education and starting work. In addition, we also support you with personal or social problems.
The Team of company contacts acquires apprenticeships and jobs for our project participants and prepares them for their career start. Our female participants are also joined by our girl guides who specifically cater to their needs and motivate them to get to know professional fields outside of traditionally female industries.

Many SMEs in industries with a shortage of skilled workers or apprentices are currently making far too little use of the potential of female apprentices. The proportion of women is often less than 30%. As part of the frau_kann program, we not only offer companies information on funding opportunities, but also support with recruiting and onboarding to make it easier for female apprentices to join the company.

With the Teaching Now! we support young people from Carinthia who have completed compulsory school but have not yet been able to secure an in-company training.
Our participants are coached by us before, during and after the start of their training in order to make the transition to in-company training or a job easier for them.
