mega – people, health, work

The constantly changing conditions of the working world constantly present managers with new challenges. Especially in times of a shortage of skilled workers, strain on work ability and high staff turnover, the implementation of a modern company health management system that is adapted to the company is of great importance. The health and performance competence of employees are central elements for the competitiveness of companies. Therefore, the employee protection regulations provide for the obligation of employers to evaluate work-related psychological stress on employees.

In addition to measures to protect employees and promote health, it is essential to consolidate a correspondingly sustainable awareness of health in the company among both decision-makers and employees.
