Healthy and satisfied employees are a key success factor for companies. Protecting and promoting the ability of employees to work are important goals of company health management (BGM), whereby safety and health are considered part of company policy and a management task.
Our interdisciplinary team informs and supports companies with flexible consulting modules tailored to individual needs and continuously develops practicable and operationally feasible solutions on topics related to health and satisfaction at work with a focus on employee protection and workplace health promotion (BGF). In this way, we also supplement other business consulting programs of the ÖSB Group, such as e.g. B. fit2work, by offering further services in the area of WHM for all company categories throughout Austria.
Together with public stakeholders, we make a contribution to ensuring that the implementation of measures and programs to strengthen internal health becomes the foundation of every management.

For us, employee protection is more than a legal obligation. The health and performance skills of employees are central to the competitiveness of companies, because inability to work, for example due to mental illness, increasingly burdens productivity.
