Healthy and satisfied employees are a key success factor for companies. Protecting and promoting the ability of employees to work are important goals of company health management (BGM), whereby safety and health are considered part of company policy and a management task.
Our interdisciplinary team informs and supports companies with flexible consulting modules tailored to individual needs and continuously develops practicable and operationally feasible solutions on topics related to health and satisfaction at work with a focus on employee protection and workplace health promotion (BGF). In this way, we also supplement other business consulting programs of the ÖSB Group, such as e.g. B. fit2work, by offering further services in the area of WHM for all company categories throughout Austria.
Together with public stakeholders, we make a contribution to ensuring that the implementation of measures and programs to strengthen internal health becomes the foundation of every management.

Giving people comprehensive professional and social qualifications and making this education accessible to everyone is the most sustainable method of keeping people healthy. This is exactly our task in the seminar program "Educational Network for Health Promotion".
The seminars funded by the Healthy Austria Fund impart both content-related know-how and a wide range of professional, methodological and social qualifications. Through interdisciplinary, cross-target group and cross-setting topics, the seminar program makes an important contribution to a holistic understanding of health promotion and to the achievement of state and national health goals in accordance with the Health-In-All-Policies approach.
We offer face-to-face and online seminars on further training topics in practice-related health promotion at two locations each.
The spectrum of topics ranges from personality development with a health aspect, moderation, communication and presentation techniques, methodological competence in conception, implementation, quality assurance and evaluation of health promotion projects as well as healthy growing up and healthy aging.
Approaches of classic health promotion are taken into account as well as the biopsychosocial health and salutogenesis model and approaches of situational and behavioral prevention.
We sensitize people in different social and professional life situations and settings for the topic of health promotion. The offer is not only aimed at health officers in companies and communities, but at all interested people from the neighborhood, companies, schools and clubs.
The constantly changing conditions in the working world constantly present managers with new challenges. Especially in times of a shortage of skilled workers, strains on the ability to work and high staff turnover, the implementation of a modern company health management system that is adapted to the company is of immense importance. In addition to measures to promote health, it is also essential to establish a corresponding awareness of health in the company, both among decision-makers and employees.
Within the framework of Human Health Work (MeGA), we offer advice and support in the implementation of your company health management, for example:
Coaching at Human Health Work (MeGA) is aimed at companies with 5 or more employees.
The constantly changing conditions of the working world constantly present managers with new challenges. Especially in times of a shortage of skilled workers, strain on work ability and high staff turnover, the implementation of a modern company health management system that is adapted to the company is of great importance. The health and performance competence of employees are central elements for the competitiveness of companies. Absences due to inability to work - for example mental illness - are increasingly putting a strain on productivity. Therefore, the employee protection regulations provide for the obligation of employers to evaluate work-related psychological stress on employees.
In addition to measures to protect employees and promote health, it is essential to consolidate a correspondingly sustainable awareness of health in the company among both decision-makers and employees.
We offer advice and support in the implementation of your company health management with tailor-made solutions from the survey to the support of measures:
MeGA is aimed at companies with 5 or more employees.
For us, employee protection is more than a legal obligation. The health and performance skills of employees are central to the competitiveness of companies. Inability to work, for example due to mental illness, increasingly burdens productivity. Therefore, the legislator introduced the obligation to evaluate work-related mental stress.
We offer tailor-made solutions from the survey to the monitoring of measures. In addition, offers on physical stress, e.g. B. ergonomics in the home office. Visit our website for more information about the offer.
Together with the Service Center for Healthy Schools of the ÖGK and the WiG, we are making “health in schools” a topic. Health is created where people live and work. School is a place where people spend a lot of time and it can have a positive impact on health. Creating a healthy learning and working environment is the goal of school health promotion. The focus is on the healthy development of the students, the well-being of the teachers at their workplace, as well as the healthy organization of everyday school life and the school climate.
Aims of school health promotion: School is designed as a health-promoting living environment with the involvement of all people involved in everyday school life.
Personal skills and performance potential of the students are promoted with regard to health-conscious and independent knowledge and action. Communicative and cooperative skills between teachers, students and parents are strengthened.
