The fit2work Integration counseling supports companies free of charge in maintaining or regaining the ability of their employees to work. This can prevent long periods of sick leave, early retirement, and employee resignations.
We advise companies in the field of operational integration management and in deploying staff according to their abilities, improving the work ability of employees and preventing health-impairing risks.
fit2work is a free Austria-wide offer that offers all companies uncomplicated and unbureaucratic access to advice and support.
fit2work is an initiative of the Austrian Federal Government, which is financed by the AMS, pension insurance, AUVA, ÖGK and the Social Ministry Service and has been implemented throughout Austria since 2013.
