What is an asset?
AktivA is a new, free program for job seekers in Vienna and Lower Austria. The program helps you better manage stress and challenges and actively shape your daily life. You'll learn how to recharge, improve your health, and strengthen your social connections.
By participating, you'll be among the first to try AktivA.
You can – you are exclusively involved in testing this pilot project.
What are the contents?

Your advantages at a glance:
- Free participationYour unemployment benefits will continue as normal.
- Small, confidential group with a maximum of 8 to 15 people
- Confidentiality guaranteed: Everything discussed in the group stays in the group. No personal information or health data will be shared with the AMS or any other agency.
- voluntaryYou decide whether to participate. The AktivA pilot program is independent of the offers from AMS and fit2work.
Important: To get the full benefit, you must participate in all four modules.

- Four modules with fixed dates between
15.09.-13.10.2026 or 10.11.-03.12.2026 - 32 hours in total
- 2 x 4 hours per week: Tuesday and Thursday, 9:30–13:30
