Active Aging & Digitization

Sustainable success factor for the future: organizational development with a focus on generation management and digital working environments

Demographic and digital change present companies with new challenges.

Organizational Development is a response to these challenges. It encompasses targeted measures to continuously develop strategy, structures, processes, and corporate culture. Regardless of the topic, successful organizational development relies on participation and a culture of change that values employees. This creates a high-performance organization that can adapt flexibly to market requirements.

Generation management deals with the effects of demographic change on companies. The connection between generations is a key to sustainable success. By considering needs and life stages, employees can be deployed, developed, and retained in a targeted manner – this strengthens the corporate culture, reduces costs, and improves external image.

Digital Transformation is more than technology – it requires conscious integration into work and decision-making processes. Digitalization only succeeds when transparency is created, trust is built, and people can actively participate. Technological solutions only unfold their full potential in conjunction with an open culture of change. Digitalization is not just a technological process, but also, and especially, a cultural one.

Demographics advice Digi +

The Digi+ demography consultancy is a free consulting project for companies and their employees in Austria. We support companies in dealing with the challenges posed by demographic change, with digital transformation, maintaining employment and creating life-stage-oriented and age-appropriate jobs.

Our offer

Our working world has changed significantly in recent years. Workplaces must be adapted to digital processes; the demands placed on companies and their employees are becoming increasingly diverse. As the baby boomer generation approaches retirement, we must adapt our working world so that people can be kept in employment not only longer but also productively.

The demographic consultancy Digi+ supports this

  • Adapting leadership and work processes in an age-appropriate manner and in line with digital change,
  • to use older employees in particular according to their potential,
  • to promote (digital) skills and lifelong learning among employees,
  • and establish sustainable knowledge management in the company.

The advice is individual and tailored to each company. With a team of around 70 consultants, we offer everything from a single source: location assessment and industry comparison, in-depth analyzes of the workforce and age structure, development of measures and support of implementation using our toolbox. We also offer regional events and networking opportunities for companies, information and referrals to other funding and offers.

target group

The Digi+ demography consultancy is aimed at all Austrian companies (with the exception of Burgenland), regardless of industry and size.
